Step-by-Step Instructions
- Prepare Chicken
Season sliced chicken with salt, pepper, and cooking stock. My cooking stock consists of seasonings and onion. These two are vital as they bring out the flavor naturally. - Stir-Fry Chicken
Heat a bit of oil in a wok or large pan. Add the chicken, cook until browned on all sides, then set aside. - Cook Vegetables
In the same pan, add more oil if needed and stir-fry the vegetables until they are tender but still crisp. Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant. - Combine Chicken and Sauce
Return the chicken to the pan. Pour in the soy sauce, and oyster sauce then add the cornstarch mixture. Stir until well combined and add a little water if the mixture is too thick. Stir well and allow to cook for 5 mins - Serve with any dish of your choice
